Bradford was born April 10, 1973 in Culpeper and is survived by his father, Carroll Wayne Strother of Gordonsville; mother, Vivian Altman Haney of Ruckersville; daughters, Kaitlyn Atkins, Charlotte Strother, Sophia Strother; son, Benjamin Weems; step-son, Tyler Elliott; brother, Travis Strother; sisters, Jackie Butcher, Ashley Strother; his friend like a brother, Ivan Towles; and three grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, July 19, 2025, at Preddy Funeral Chapel in Orange. Interment will be private. Preddy Funeral Home, Orange, assisted the family with arrangements.
