Gerald G. Tusing

Gerald G. Tusing is a funeral home assistant. Twenty years ago, a friend introduced him to the Preddy family, and he began working with them.

Gerald was born and raised in Orange County, Virginia, just a mile from James Madison’s Montpelier. He has been married for over 30 years to “the girl next door,” his neighbor and best friend’s sister. Together, they have three adult children and two “granddogs.”

Gerald is known for his sense of humor and his desire to lift others up. He finds comfort in helping families share their memories and believes that if he can bring a smile or a laugh as they remember a loved one, he has done his job.

In his free time, he enjoys visiting the mountains and the beach, working on his home or cars when time allows, and spending time with family and friends.
