Zane Rose

Zane Aubrey “Oogie” Rose passed away on April 18, 2026.
Zane was a boy who truly loved being outside, finding adventure in the simplest of things like playing in the dirt and getting messy, riding on the tractor or tossing a frisbee. He enjoyed dancing to music and exploring the world around him. But behind his playful spirit Zane was a tender-hearted soul who cherished his family; his bond with his brothers and sister was something special. His laughter and the love he gave us so freely will be missed every single day. He leaves behind a family who loves him beyond measure and who will forever hold his memory close.
Zane is survived by his parents, Nicholas Rose and Vanessa Drury; siblings, Carson Rose, Noah Rose, and Sawyer Rose; his aunts, Jearlyn Peterson, Chessy Rose, Shalana Peterson, Star Peterson, Shannon Peterson, and Christina Owens; his uncles, Kenneth Peterson, Elliott Rose, and Joe Peterson; and his cousins, Cori Peterson, Coltyn Peterson, Luxton Peterson, and Freya Rose.
Zane is preceded in death by his grandparents, Dennis & Marie Peterson, Wanda Simmons, and Aubrey Drury.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
