Troy Edward Dyer, 55 of Madison, passed away on Saturday, August 2, 2025 at UVA Culpeper Hospital. He was born on September 30, 1969 to the late Gene Edward Dyer and Della Mae Woodward Dyer. Also preceded in death by a special friend, Jimmy Murray.

He is survived by his daughter, Casey Ann Dyer Myers; brother, Ivan Neal Dyer; nephew, Hunter Blankenbaker; grandchildren, Gracelyn Ann Myers and Madeline Renee Myers; special friends, Gary Deal, Todd Atkins, Page Gallihugh, Jim Leonard, Tucker Clark, Tom McCoy, David Nicholson, and John Dewey Murray.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, August 6, 2025 at Etlan Cemetery with Pastor Dan Yowell officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 pm on Tuesday, August 5, 2025 at Preddy Funeral Home in Madison.
