Thomas Jefferson Blankenbaker Jr., 78, passed away on December 31, 2025. He is the son of the late Thomas Jefferson Blankenbaker Sr. and Marjorie Blankenbaker. In addition to his parents, he is also predeceased by his wife, Jessie Columbus Blankenbaker.

Thomas is survived by his sons, Thomas (Teresa) Jefferson Blankenbaker of Southern Pines, NC, Roy (Shannon) Lee Blankenbaker of Locust Grove, VA, and Steven (Mia) Ray Blankenbaker of Culpeper, VA; brothers, Joseph Blankenbaker and Adam Blankenbaker; sisters, Brenda O'Dell, Rudy Johnson, Patty Butler, Barbara Perkins, Judy Johnson and Peggy Reyes; his grandchildren, Tyler Renee Blankenbaker, Matthew Blankenbaker, Nicholas Blankenbaker, Rachael Lemmon, Carter Fox, Ryan Blankenbaker, Landon Stirewalt, Evelinn Stirewalt, Connor Blankenbaker and Cole Stirewalt; and a great-grandchild, Vincent Blankenbaker.
