Stephanie Bagley

Stephanie Meidell Westlake Bagley, 83 of Madison, Va. passed away on Sunday, March 29, 2026. She was born on January 8, 1943 to the late John Westlake and Dorothy Aldith Applegate Bagley. She was also preceded in death by her sons, David Thayne Bagley and Darren John Bagley; and grandson, David Garth Bagley,
Stephanie was a devoted wife for 64 years and a loving mother. She was a seamstress and made all of her and her children’s clothes. She was an avid reader, loved volunteering for many organizations, especially her Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Stephanie worked in the Prince William Hospital and with social services to many families.
She is survived by her loving husband, Garth E. Bagley; daughters, Laura Kate Santos and husband Joe and Linda Jean Spencer; grandchildren, Sarah Kate Santos, Matthew Manuel Santos and girlfriend, Jen Tripodi, Eva Marinda Spencer, Fiona Liv Spencer; great-grandchildren, Hannah Sofia Loving, Corbin Gabriel Loving, Caroline Elizabeth Santos, and another great-grandchild on the way.
A funeral service will be held at 11:30 am on Thursday, April 2, 2026 at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints at 420 Willow Lawn Drive, Culpeper, Va with Bishop Daniel Soderholm officiating. The family will receive friends from 11:00 to 11:30 am at the church with service to follow from 11:30 to 12:30. Interment will be in Oak Hill Cemetery in Fredericksburg, Va.
