Shirley Ann Woodard

Shirley Ann Simon Woodard, 77 of Rapidan, VA passed away on Thursday, October 17, 2024, at the UVA Health Culpeper Medical Center. She was born August 18, 1947, to the late Carl Edward Simon and Elizabeth Gertrude Miller Simon. She was preceded in death by her son, Billie Woodard, and brother, Donnie Simon. She is survived by her husband John Howard Woodard; daughters Joyce Burns, Miranda Cooper, and Carla Ketterman; son Micheal Burns (Karen); step-daughters Debbie, Anita, Elane, Jennifer and Jeanie; step-sons Johnny, Joey, Tony, and Davie; brothers Jim, Bob, and Ronnie Simon; sisters Susie Myers, Sandy Baker and Barbara Ours; numerous loving granddaughters, grandsons, great grandbabies, nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 25, from 6-7 PM at Preddy Funeral Home Chapel in Orange.
