Shirley Marks Huffman 85 of Madison, passed away Friday, April 14, 2023 in Culpeper, Va. She was the daughter of the late Benjamin Franklin Marks and Mary Elizabeth Gallihugh Marks. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Martin Huffman, daughter, Debra Elizabeth Huffman and a brother, Benjamin Curtis Marks.

She is survived by her son, Cecil "Chip" M. Huffman Jr. and wife Cheryl of Warrenton, VA and two grandchildren, Brandie Leigh Huffman and Corey Martin Huffman and wife Erin.

Shirley had a remarkable green thumb and loved working in her yard and garden. She enjoyed genealogy, quilting, antiques, furniture refinishing and most of all her family.

A graveside funeral service will be held 11:00 am Tuesday, April 18, 2023 at Rose Park Rapidan Cemetery in Wolftown conducted by Rev. Elizabeth Petry.

Preddy Funeral Home in Madison is assisting the family.
