Shirley Tutwiler Brill, 83, formally of Culpeper, passed away on October 31, 2025 at Autumnn Care in Madison, Va. She was born on August 8, 1942 to the late Homer Tutwiler. She was also preceded in death by her husband, William Adolph Brill; children, Heather and Robert Brill; and brother, Billy Tutwiler.
She is survived by her daughter, Laura Scott Smith; daughter-in-law, Melissa Brill; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A private graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at Culpeper National Cemetery.
