Robert Franklin Harvey, 78 of Rochelle, Va., passed away on Monday, July 20, 2026 at Sentra Martha Jefferson Hospital. He was born on December 17, 1947, to the late Frank Harvey and Nellie Dunnivan Harvey.
He is survived by his wife, Geraldine Payton Harvey; daughters, Jayme Lynn McDaniel and husband Jason and Wanda Geer and husband Jeff; sons, Todd Franklin Harvey and partner, Brian Roberts, and Rodney Ketterman and wife Lorrie; grandchildren, Tiffany Woodward and husband Scotty, Trevor Geer and fiancée Erika, Keriann Foor and husband Matt, and Colton Ketterman and wife Katelynn; six great-grandchildren.
A private graveside service will be held at a later date at Madison Memorial Gardens with Pastor Jeff Shifflett officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 pm on Monday, July 27, 2026 at Preddy Funeral Home Chapel in Madison.
