Richard Pritchett Jr.

Richard Walker Pritchett, Jr., 88 of Radiant, Va. passed away on Thursday, March 12, 2026 at his home. He was born on November 11, 1937 to the late Richard Walker Pritchett, Sr. and Myrtle Irene Gilliam Pritchett. He was preceded in death by a son-in-law, Cluster Berry.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Virginia Coleman Pritchett; daughters, Sheila Marie Love and husband Carson and Wanda Gay Berry; sister, Dorothy Elizabeth Henry and husband Marvin; grandchildren, Ricky Love, Meghan Love, Coleman Love, Rachel Love, Christine Berry, Anthony Berry, Jessica Hurt, Kyle Berry; great-grandchildren, Bailey, Kaylee, David, Starr, and Audrey.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, March 17, 2026 at Preddy Funeral Home Chapel in Madison, Va. Interment will be in Madison Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends one hour before the service, from 10:00 to 11:00 am at the funeral home.
