Raymond Allen Taylor, 55 of Orange, died Wednesday February 2, 2022 at the Martha Jefferson Hospital. Born October 26, 1966 in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of the late Curtis Blair Taylor, Sr. and Juanita Ann Evans Taylor. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Breeden Taylor. Mr. Taylor was an equipment operator for Hailey, Chisolm and Morris Construction Company and he loved to fish.

He is survived by two sisters, Tammy Rose and husband Jeff of Barboursville, Cindy Tate and husband Monte of Albemarle County, two brothers, Curtis Taylor, Jr. and wife Debbie of Gordonsville, Ricky Taylor and wife Tammy of Orange and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Per his wishes there will be no service.

Preddy Funeral Home of Gordonsville is assisting the family.
