Peggy Ann Roach, 73 of Charlottesville, Va. passed away on Thursday, September 1, 2022 at Martha Jefferson Hospital. She was born on March 29, 1949 to the late Harold Ross Taylor and Pansy Mae Taylor Taylor. She was also preceded in death by her son, Kenny Roach and brother, Jimmy Taylor.

She is survived by her husband, Joseph Nathan Roach, Jr. daughter, Frances Roach; son Wayne Roach and wife Sandy; brothers, Lonnie Taylor and Charlie Taylor; sisters, Janet Snow and Margie Lamb; grandchildren, Wayne Roach, Jr., Melinda Roach and fiance', James Nauman, Brittany Snow, Ashley Roach and fiance' Richard Brent,  Braden Kaplinger , Jenny Shifflett, and Ivie Turner.  She is also survived by a longtime friend, Sandra Kofanty.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, September 19, 2022 at Preddy Funeral Home in Madison with Pastor Josh Shifflett officiating. Interment will be in Holly Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends one hour before the service from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at the funeral home.
