Oliver Quinton Morris

Oliver Quinton Morris, 84 of Ruckersville, Va., passed away on Sunday, December 8, 2024 at Greene Acres Nursing Home. He was born on January 8, 1940 to the late Maynard Morris and Alverta Roach Morris. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Roger Morris; sisters, Mary Morris and Margie Morris.

He is survived by his wife, Joann Shifflett Morris; daughter, Vivian Morris Knight and husband Rodney; son, Christopher Morris;, sisters, Ester Morris, Trudy Shifflett, Ruby Beatty, Janie Breeden,; grandchildren, Travis Knight, Kirk Knight, Trevor Knight; Aubry Morris who was the "apple of his eye"; great-grandchildren, Thomas Knight, Tenley Knight, Grace Knight, Taylor Knight; special friends, Charles Roach and Patty Graham.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, December 12, 2024 at Holly Memorial Gardens with Pastor Eddie Deane officiating.
