Marie Elizabeth Singer, 90, passed away peacefully, in North Wales, Pennsylvania on Thursday, July 6, 2023. The family is thankful for the skilled, compassionate, and dedicated care that Marie received from the Grane Hospice team during her journey's end.

Born in Brooklyn, NY, she was the daughter of the late John and Dorothy (Lausser) Seeberger.

Marie loved the arts. She was an active supporter of the arts community in West Michigan and a well known and liked member of the Lakeshore Fiber Arts Guild, Holland Friends of the Arts Association, and Grand Rapids Friends of the Opera Association. She delighted in sharing her passion for the arts with her children and grandchildren. She was an artist herself, exploring many media while specializing in fiber arts. For many years Marie was the proprietor of Eye Spy In Saugatuck where she enjoyed using her skill for discovering things that were beautiful, interesting, and eclectic and bringing them to the community.

Marie is survived by two of her children Douglas Singer of Seattle, WA and Diana (John) Geisler of Blue Bell, PA, and four grandchildren Michael Apple, Max Singer, Ashley Geisler, and Autumn Geisler . She is preceded in death by her brother John Seeberger and son Edmund Singer.

Services will be held privately at Etlan Cemetery near Madison, Virginia.
