Loretta Virginia Abbinanti Walker, 78, of Rochelle, Va., passed away on January 18, 2022 at Culpeper Hospital. She was born on January 13, 1944 in Chicago, Il., to the late Jack Abbinanti and Josephine Palumbo Abbinanti. She was also preceded in death by her son, Jeffrey Walker and her dear sister, Joy Fetter.

Loretta was a member of the Novum Quilters Club and enjoyed being a help to all. She was a great cook and loved life. She was fun to be around and was fond of joking with a kind heart and a twinkle in her eye. She loved her pets, especially her beloved dog Uley.

She is survived by her husband, Timmy E. Walker; two daughters, Jackie Lyons and husband Mike, and Janice Thompson and husband Patrick; grandchildren, Zack Tohill and Keegan Lyons; one great-grandchild, Ali Tohill; a niece, Carolyn Ramsey; and two nephews, Hyong (George) Park and Wayne R. Towers. Other great-nieces and nephews, cousins and many dear friends will miss her.

A funeral service will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, January 28, 2022 at Our Lady of the Blue Ridge Catholic Church in Madison with interment at St. Isidore The Farmer Catholic Church Cemetery in Orange, Va. Father James Bruse will officiate. A celebration of life will be held at 1:00 pm at Our Lady of the Blue Ridge Catholic Church.
