June 26, 2023 Larry A. McCafferty, Jr. 61 (aka: Larry Allen Michael Cornilius Leo Anthony McCafferty, Jr. or Bing for short) was born May 25, 1962 in Syracuse, NY, and lived in Syracuse until he went to care for his father in Virginia 2016. Bing went home to the Lord on June 26, 2023 in Louisa, VA. He was a Jack of all trades, helped all people, and he is loved by many. Survived by two sisters, Mary Noah and Eileen Carr, both of Syracuse, NY, also a few generations of nieces and nephews and cousins. Predeceased by his father, Larry A. McCafferty, Sr., mother, Rosemary (Markland) McCafferty, and sister, Susan McCafferty-Gilday. Memorial celebration of Bing's life will be on Sunday, July 9, 2023 at the Hilton Garden Inn, 6004 Fair Lakes Road, East Syracuse, NY from 3pm to 7pm. Please join us to celebrate Bing's life. Preddy Funeral Home of Gordonsville is handling arrangements.
