Joyce Hicks Palmer, 79, of Louisa, VA, passed away on Monday, February 7, 2022 at her residence. She was born on June 29, 1942 in Orange, VA to the late Woodrow and Minnie Hicks.

Mrs. Palmer is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Kenneth Grant Palmer; her children, Sandra June Palmer, Kimberly Deane, Grant Wilson Palmer (Jennifer), and Earl Wise Palmer; her grandchildren, Loreley Seay (Jason), Jonny Farkas, Anna Palmer, and Elizabeth Palmer; and great grandson, Abbott Seay.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, William Wilson Hicks.

Services for Mrs. Palmer will be private.
