John Bradley “JB” Southard Jr., 66, of Orange, died on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at Autumn Care of Madison. JB was born on September 15, 1959, in Gordonsville and was the son of the late John Bradley Southard Sr. and Margaret Corbin Southard.
JB is survived by a daughter, Michelle Southard-White, and husband Brian of Gordonsville; a son, Christopher “Chris” Southard and wife Jessica of Orange; four grandchildren Cara White, Jacob White, Lacie Southard, and Olivia Southard; two sisters Connie Racine and husband Bob of Gordonsville, and Dianne Southard Richards of Unionville.
As per JB’s request, there will be no memorial service. Preddy Funeral Home of Orange is assisting the family with arrangements.
