John Wayne Collier

John Wayne Collier, 69 of Dyke, Va. passed away on Saturday, July 30, 2022. He was born on January 1, 1953 to the late Johnie Collier and Dorothy Mae Morris Collier. He was also preceded in death by a brother, James Randolph Collier and a sister-in-law, Lori Snow Collier.
He is survived by two brothers, Michael Glen Collier and Charles Edward Collier, both of Earlysville; and a sister, Janice Kay Collier Shifflett and husband Keith of Stanardsville.
A private service was held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, August 3, 2022 with Brother Andrew Rowe officiating. Interment was in Chestnut Grove Baptist Church. The family had a visitation night on Tuesday, August 2, 2022.
Pallbearers were Charles Collier, Keith Shifflett, Jason Shifflett, Robert Collier, Glynn Samuels, and John Roller.
