Jo Ann Joyner, 72, of Orange died on Monday, February 2, 2026, at the Dogwood Village of Orange. She was born on August 23, 1953, in Norfolk and was the daughter of the late Charles Douglas Joyner and Shirley Jean Lagana Joyner. She is also predeceased by her sister Jackie Joyner.
She is survived by three sisters Shirley “Jeanie” Anderer of Levittown, PA., Janet Kitts of North Chesterfield, and Joy Routt of Culpeper; and a brother Charles Douglas Joyner Jr. of North Chesterfield.
A private funeral service will be held at a later date. Preddy Funeral Home of Orange is assisting the family.
