James "Buster" Edward Shifflett, 64, of Barboursville, VA, passed away on September 4, 2023.

James is survived by his life partner, Mary Waldon; daughter, Angel D. K. Ball; sons, James J. Shifflett, Douglas J. Shifflett, and Harold A. Shifflett; grandchildren, Kimberly D. Shifflett, and James B. Shifflett; brothers, Terry and William Shifflett; and sisters, Lisa Lloyd and Nora Dean.

James was preceded in death by his daughter, Kimberly Sue Shifflett; brother, Michael Shifflett; mother, Nora Jean Shifflett, and father, Jasper Andrew Shifflett.

Services to celebrate James' life will be held at New Beginnings P H Church in Barboursville, VA, on Saturday, September 23, 2023 at 2 p.m.
