Hoyt Louis Goode, 82 of Louisa, Virginia passed away on Tuesday March 1, 2022. He was born on August 23, 1939 to the late Hershel and Opal Goode. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Linda Goode, a son, Brian Goode, Sr., a sister, Minnis Wright of Cleveland, TN and a brother, Roy Goode of Turtletown, TN.

He is survived by a son, Kevin Goode of Carson, VA, a daughter, Wanda Pace (Aaron) of Scottsville, VA, a brother, Lester Goode of Blue Ridge, GA, a sister, Lois Wyatt of Cleveland, TN, eight grandchildren, Brian Goode, Jr. of Ohio, Lauren Goode, Robert Goode, Virginia Goode, Richard Goode, Grace Goode all of Franklin, VA, Heather Adams and Aaron Pace, Jr. of Scottsville, VA.

Hoyt served in the U.S. Navy from 1958-1962. He retired from North Anna Power Station on July 5, 2009. He loved singing and playing his guitar.

A private service will be held at a later date.
