Harry Edwin Bradt

Harry Edwin Bradt, 96, of Orange died at Dogwood Village in Orange on Thursday, February 1, 2024. He was born on March 27, 1927, in Orange County and was the son of the late Charles Edwin Bradt and Mary Lohr Bradt Richards. He was also predeceased by his wife Joyce Thurman Bradt; a brother Herman Richards, two sisters Genevieve Pritchett and Sophie Carpenter; and two son-in-laws Allen Lettner and Robert Jackson.

He is survived by four daughters Diane Lettner of Louisa, Valerie Crickenberger and husband John of Orange, Bonnie Jackson of Louisa, and Tracy Cameron and husband Stewart of Mineral; son, David Bradt and wife Vicky; ten grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; one sister Elsie B. Clark of Orange; and a half brother Doug Richards and wife Carla of Orange.

A funeral service will be held on Sunday, February 4, 2024, at 2:00 P.M. graveside at the Graham Cemetery, Orange. Stewart Cameron will officiate. Preddy Funeral Home of Orange is assisting the family.
