On Friday September 29, 2023 Gilbert V. Tinsley, 78 of Culpeper, VA gained his heavenly wings. He is survived by his two loving daughters Jennifer and Veronica as well as three beloved grandchildren Jade, Pfeiffer and Caleb. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 10, 2023, at 1:00 PM at the Emmanuel Christian Center, 111 New Life Drive, Ruckersville, Va.
