George Raymond Morris

George Raymond Morris, 74 of Earlysville, Va., passed away on Sunday, January 7, 2024 at his home. He was born on June 4, 1949 to the late Delmer Lee Morris, Sr. and Mary Queen McCauley Morris.

He was retired by the County of Albemarle as supervisor of service transportation and also Pepsi.

He is survived by his brother, Delmer Lee Morris, Jr. and wife Jennifer, and sister, Patricia Morris Hunt and husband Richard; two nephews, one niece, six great-nephews, and 3 great-nieces.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, January 13, 2024 at Church of the Brethren in Free Union with interment in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour before the service, from 10:00 to 11:00 am at the church.
