Garland Ray Collins of Bealeton passed away Friday, April 10, 2026, in Arlington, Virginia. He was preceded in death by a sister, Ashley Hawkins.
He is survived by his mother, Glenda Kae Hawkins and her husband Ralph Hawkins; father, Matthew Byrd Collins of Culpeper; daughters, Brooke Birckhead of Louisa, Layla Rose of Elkwood; son, Ashton Birckhead of Louisa; a brother, Joseph Hawkins of Stanardsville; and his grandmother Yvonne Weakley.
A celebration of life will be held at 12:00 noon on Saturday, May 2, 2026 at Liberty United Methodist Church, 10513 Old Marsh Road, Bealeton, Va. 22712
