Frances Marie Weakley, 78 of Culpeper, passed away on Tuesday, June 20, 2023 at UVA Culpeper Hospital. She was born on December 20, 1944 to the late Shirley Miller Woodward and Mary Ellen Sisk Peacher. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Margaret A. Weakley.

She is survived by her husband, Clarence Elmer Weakley; son Randolph Dean Weakley and wife Ginny; sisters, Jean A. Hensley and Linda Jenkins; grandchildren, Heather Weakley, Zeb Weakley, Leah Weakley, and Isabella; and great-granddaughter Ava Weakley.

At Frances' request, there will be no service.
