Floyd David Foster, 78, of Brightwood, Virginia, passed away on Thursday, March 19, 2026.
Born on July 7, 1947, he was the son of the late Floyd Hankins Foster and Margaret Elizabeth Foster. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Cynthia Lea Foster.
David is survived by his sons, Brock Foster and his wife Cindie of Madison, Virginia, Brian Foster of Horse Shoe, North Carolina, and Joshua Foster and his wife Shannan, of Panama City, Florida; his grandchildren, Thomas Foster and Elizabeth Foster, Kellan Foster, and Abigail, Emma, David Jr., and Lukas Foster; and his beloved daughter-in-law Courtney Foster, of Virginia Beach, Va.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
