Evelyn Johnson Seal

Evelyn Johnson Seal, 79, of Louisa, Virginia, passed away on July 28, 2026. Born on May 27, 1947, she was the daughter of the late William Edward Johnson and Virginia Pearl Sprouse Tate. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, William E. Johnson Jr.; and her great-grandchild, Kinslyn Reign Jackson.

Evelyn worked at Woolfolk Manufacturing in Louisa for 22 years. She then retired from Ridgid Tools after 25 years.

Evelyn was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She is survived by her daughter, Contina Faith Garrison; her sister, Jean Donovan (Howard); her grandchildren, Morgan Nicole Garrison (Shawn), Jordan Faith Garrison (Joe), and Chloe Grace Rakes; and her great-grandchildren, Aubrey Nicole Jackson, Kaiden Michael Jackson, Kaisen Wayne Jackson, Stetson Aubrey Skaja, and Chase Monroe Skaja.

Evelyn was laid to rest privately at Hillcrest Cemetery in Louisa, Virginia.
