Denny Nick

Denny Nick passed away peacefully in his sleep on March 17, 2025, at the age of 95.

The son of an immigrant father from Greece, Denny was born on September 1, 1929 in Cleveland, Ohio. After his military service, he moved his family to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and later settled in Charlottesville, Virginia, where he built a life filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories. Denny lived a full and meaningful life. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather and had a successful career in insurance sales. He had a passion for fishing, was remarkably handy, and never turned down a good card game. He also enjoyed a visit to the Jai Alai from time to time, embracing the excitement of the game.

He is survived by his loving wife, two children, two grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and friends who will miss him dearly. His legacy of love, strength, and kindness will live on in the hearts of those who knew him. May he rest in peace, forever remembered and loved.
