DENNIE VAN CRAWFORD

Dennie Van Crawford, 75 of Dyke, passed away Saturday, February 28, 2026 at his home. He was born May 4, 1950 in Charlottesville to the late James Monroe Crawford and Polly Jane Crawford. He is also preceded in death by his son, Jason Monroe Crawford; brothers, Genesis Crawford, Julius Crawford, James Crawford, Ben Crawford; and a half brother, Trix Crawford.
He is survived by his love of his life, Pamela Jane Sheehan; daughter, Jerri Sheehan; grandchildren, Hillary Sheehan, Jordan Rock Sheehan and Colby Rock Sheehan and a great-grandchild Charlotte Jane Sheehan; brothers, Van Crawford (Kim), Titus Crawford (Charlene), Edison Crawford, Zirkle Crawford (Jane), Carson Crawford (Shirley), Judea Crawford; sisters, Paulette Martinez (Joel), Jerry Foley (Eddie), Kim Jarrell (Poncho) Paige Reynolds; sisters-in-law, Patty Crawford and Brenda Crawford,
A funeral service will be held 12:00 Noon Wednesday, March 4, 2026 at Evergreen Church of the Brethren at Dyke with interment in Mt. Olivet Cemetery conducted by Pastors Brian Robinson and Van Crawford. The family will receive friends one hour before the service 11 to 12 at the church.
Preddy Funeral Home of Madison is assisting the family.
