Delma Jackson (Jack) Weaver, 88 of Stoney Point, Va., passed away on September 9, 2022 at his son's home in Madison, Va. He was born on October 23, 1933 in Slate Mills, Va. to the late Audie Lee Weaver and Lucy Jane Curtis Weaver. He was also preceded in death by his brothers, Atwell Weaver, Verginius Weaver and Curtis Weaver; sisters, Rachel Pullen and Earle Mitchell.

He was a retired bus drive for 23 years with Culpeper and Albemarle Counties and a farmer.

He is survived by his wife, Brenda Eheart Weaver of 53 years; sons, Delma Richards and wife Karen, David Valentine, Cody Simmons, Wade Smith, and Chris Simmons; sisters, Alize Birkett and Mildred Ruth Scheer.

A funeral service will be held 1:00 pm on Wednesday, September 14, 2022 at Preddy Funeral Home in Madison with Minister Kenny Barrow. Interment will be in Piedmont Christian Church Cemetery in Stoney Point, Va. The family will receive friends one hour before the service from 12:00 to 1:00 pm at the funeral home.
