Deborah Kay Wiegel

Deborah Kay Wiegel, age 74, passed away on November 14, 2025, at the University of Virginia Hospital, Charlottesville. She was born May 20, 1951, in Louisville, KY, and was the daughter of the late Ida Belle Rhea Wiegel and William Russell Wiegel. In addition to her father, Deborah was preceded in death by her brother, William Russell Wiegel, Jr., and brother-in-law, Stuart Harrison.

Deborah is survived by her brother, David Laurin Wiegel (Gwen); and sister, Marylin Harrison; niece, Gretchen Wiegel; nephews, Russ Wiegel, Brian and Craig Harrison; grandchildren by heart, Josh and Noah Anderson; many other loving nieces and nephews, and many loving church and teacher friends.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday, November 22, 2025, at Orange Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Graham Cemetery.
