Dean C. Perkins Sr. son of Isaih and Edna Perkins of True Blue was born on Nov. 17, 1954 and passed on Feb. 8, 2023. Dean is survived by his wife Carol Perkins, his son Dean C. Perkins Jr., two brothers, five sisters, eight nieces and nine nephews, and many friends. There will be a celebration of life service on Saturday, February 18, 2023, at 2:00 P.M. at the Mt. Holey Baptist Church Fellowship Hall. Preddy Funeral Home of Orange is assisting the family.
