David Brian Clouse, 60 of Elizabeth City, NC, passed away on February 18, 2023, with his wife by his side. Dave was born September 29, 1962, in Port Huron, Michigan. Dave was a gentle giant, he was very genuine, loving, funny and also stubborn. He loved life and lived it to the fullest. He was never afraid to tell you what the deal was, and he had seen and done it all. Dave loved fishing, cooking and helping others. He worked for Plasser American Railroad, and he also worked in the Carnival Business for years and got to travel across America.

He is survived by his wife, Rachel Clouse, his daughter, Danielle Clouse, his son, Brian Clouse, two grandchildren, Shelly Eckenrode, Noah Hudson, his mother and father-n law, Don and Martha Lee Cash and a host of friends.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Crystal Kuhn.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday February 25, 2023, at Preddy Funeral Home in Gordonsville with interment to follow in Maplewood Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
