David Wyman Atkins

David Wyman Atkins, 69 of Gordonsville , Va. passed away peacefully surrounded by his daughter, brother, sister-in-law and granddaughter at Martha Jefferson hospital on October 13. He was the son of the late Everett and Catherine Atkins. He was also preceded in death by his sister Judy Peyton (Ray) and grandson Shane. David loved the Redskins, fishing on the Robinson River and cooking. He is survived by his wife Vicki, daughters Jaime (Jonathan) and Dana (Richard) two siblings- his brother Dwight (Sandra) and sister Sharon (Terrapin) his grandchildren McKenna (Josh), Noah, Damon, Raegan, Ryen and one great grandson Gunner. We will always carry your memory in our hearts and fondly remember your kind smile. Until we see you again, know that you are loved. Rest In Peace.
