Darrin M. Hayward, 29 of Madison, passed away on Monday, February 28, 2022 at his home. He was born on May 11, 1992. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Sherrard Flora.

Darrin was known for his smile and caring personality. He loved spending time with family and friends. He loved being outdoors and spending time with the family dogs, Bella and Levi.

He is survived by his parents, John and Lee McDaniel; his brother, Nick McDaniel; his sister, Lindsay McDaniel; grandmothers, Connie Flora and Barbara McDaniel; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 pm on Sunday, March 6, 2022 at Preddy Funeral Home in Madison. Pastor Tim Worley will officiate. The family will receive friends one hour before the service from 2:00 to 3:00 pm at the funeral home.
