Crystal Hope Nicholson Buracker

Crystal Hope Buracker, 72 of Madison, passed away on Monday, December 18, 2023 at UVA Health Culpeper Medical Center surround by her loving family. Crystal was born on August 20, 1951 to the late William Lee Nicholson and Virginia Smith Nicholson. She was also preceded in death by a brother, William Gary Nicholson.

Crystal loved her family very much, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She loved to read and to do her word search puzzles.

Remaining to cherish Crystal's memory are her spouse, Robert Alfred Buracker; her sons, Chad Lee Buracker (Shirley) and Phillip Allen Buracker (Michelle); grandchildren, Kayla Ann Elliott (Steve), Cody James High, Edward Lee Nicholson (Katelyn), Dakota Allen Buracker (Natalie), Devin Allen Buracker, Kaelynn Brooke Buracker, Hunter Robert Buracker; great-grandchildren, Lauryn Alison Nino, Kayleigh Ann High, Jayden Lee Nicholson; brother, Danny Lee Nicholson (Debbie); niece, Lindsey Nicholson Martin (Roger); nephew, Jamie Ryan Nicholson; and many extended family and friends.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, December 22, 2023 at Preddy Funeral Home Chapel in Madison with Danny Nicholson officiating. Interment will be in Madison Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends one hour before the service, from 12:00 to 1:00 pm at the funeral home.
