Coleen Lee Allen, 58 of Troy, died Saturday March 12, 2022 at her residence. Born January 20, 1964 in Toronto, Canada, she was the daughter of Jack Maxworthy and Nancy Lee Droy. She is preceded in death by two sons, Michael D Howard, and Arik W Allen. Coleen did a lot of work with Veterans and suicide prevention groups. She was the founder of Leave No Man Behind. She also enjoyed rescuing animals.

Mrs. Allen is also survived by her husband, Scott Bruce Allen of Troy, two daughters, Ashley Ann Hawk and husband Lawrence of Charlottesville, April Nicole Sadler of Charlottesville, two sons, Christopher Michael Allen and wife Claire of Troy, Matthew Jacob Sadler of Troy, one brother, Doug Craig and wife Wendy of Big Bear Lake, California, six grandchildren, Hayden Howard, Grace Howard, Aiden Hawk, Mikey Howard, Riley Sadler and Eivy Hawk.

A memorial service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Monday March 21, 2022 at Preddy Funeral Home in Gordonsville.
