Charles P. Johnson

Johnson, Charles P., 97, of Richmond died Wednesday, July 10 at his home.

Born April 27, 1927, in Gordonsville, VA, He was the son of Mark and Francis Johnson.

He is survived by his siblings: Jerry Johnson and wife Jane of Gordonsville; Mark Monroe Johnson of Luray; Ellen Skappars and husband Joseph of Vienna; Penny Breeden and Forest of Gordonsville, and his sons: Charles Nicholas Johnson and wife Jean of Charlottesville; Michael Dougan Johnson of Richmond; Webster Lee Johnson and wife Stacy of Richmond, and six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, July 19, 2024, at Preddy Funeral Home in Orange with burial to follow in Graham cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Preddy Funeral Home, Orange, is in charge of arrangements.
