Carolyn Estella Williams, 79, of Orange, Va., passed away on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at her home. She was born on October 24, 1946, to the late Harry Anderson Potter and Naomi Pauline Crago Potter. She was also preceded in death by sons, Greg Allen Starcher and Craig Anthony Starcher; and sister, Karen Morgan.
She is survived by her brother, Harry James Potter, Sr., and wife Jenny; sisters, Vera Taylor, Donna Moss, and Lynn Moore.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at Good Hope Baptist Church Cemetery with Jim Potter officiating.
