Gary Lee “Butch” Bean, Jr., 58 of Ruckersville, Va. passed away on Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at UVA Culpeper Hospital. He was born on July 23, 1963. He was preceded in death by his wife, Gloria Loretta Ross Bean; and grandson, Dax Dixon.
Gary worked for Lowe’s as a sales associate.
He is survived by his father, Wendall Taylor; mother, Rosalie Shifflett Taylor; daughters, Tiffany M. Dixon, Rebecca D. Kidd and husband Steven, and Rachel Lee Silski; special nephew, David M. Ross, Jr.; grandchildren, Amanda Dixon, Michala Kidd, Stephanie Kidd, and Glenn Iddings.
A memorial service will be held at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, January 5, 2022 at Preddy Funeral Home in Madison, Va. The family will receive friends one hour before the service, from 6:00 to 7:00 pm at the funeral home. Pastor Josh Shifflett will be officiating.
